Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's how returns work.
30-DAY RETURNS
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price. To be eligible, the item should be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging where possible.
To start a return, email us at support@groveta.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover return shipping.
For lower-cost items, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund without requiring the item to be shipped back to us.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving (or approving) your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE
Every Groveta piece is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects — meaning a crack or split that results from a flaw in the wood or the way the piece was made, not from how it was used.
What's covered: manufacturing defects such as an unexpected split or crack appearing under normal kitchen use.
What's not covered: damage from dishwashers, soaking, prolonged water exposure, drying out, normal color change over time, surface scratches, or general wear and misuse. Olive wood is a natural material — grain lines, small voids, and color variation are normal characteristics, not defects.
To file a claim, email support@groveta.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We review each claim individually and will determine, at our sole discretion, whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement of the same or a comparable item — not a cash refund. Limit of one Lifetime Guarantee claim per item, and the guarantee is non-transferable if the item has changed hands.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
If your order is lost in transit, or arrives visibly damaged, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
For damaged items, please email us within 14 days of the delivery date with photos of the item and packaging. For lost packages, please reach out once your order is 5 or more business days past its estimated delivery window.
EXCHANGES
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please start a return for a refund and place a new order.
