WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING TIME
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days.

SHIPPING RATES
Flat-rate shipping is $4.99 per order.
Orders of $65 or more ship free automatically at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email support@groveta.com.

HANDMADE, ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
Every Groveta piece is handcrafted from natural olive wood. Grain pattern, color, and size may vary slightly from the photos shown — that's part of what makes each piece one of a kind, not a defect.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
